D called CHI yesterday and they told him that our Dossier arrived on the 18th! They said that we are 18 on a list of 20 waiting families. I have no idea what that means as far as wait times for our referral.
It's so exciting, and I beleive I have prepped myself for the long referral waiting... I think. I guess, I am blessed that I will be so busy with work...
Anyway, tomorrow we are off to Hawaii. I am sooooooooo stoked. It should be a ton of fun, and a little work. I know my manager has planned for several golf outings with some of the Hawaii staff (I'm making other plans for those days :P ).
D has mapped out the entire island and has the days planned to a T. I'm hoping to get some great pictures and finally convince D that I need to take a position at our facility on the North Shore and move out there... Unfortunately, he is totally against it at the moment, but maybe things will change after this week.

Ooh have fun! I loved Hawaii... well, what I could rememeber of it. I was 17 at the time and really never left the beach. But it was a HAWAII beach!
HI, Just found your blog on the CHI page.We are waiting since 12/11/07 for a referral. Sounds pretty good if you're 18 out of 20.We never have asked our coordinator...Should we? Now you've got me going"EEEEE"it culd be soon!
Not only are you on the list, but you're not even last! I have no idea what a timeframe would be but congratulations on making to the list!
