Closing

We finally came to an agreement on the price and fees. We will be closing on Mar 27. That's about two weeks before I am due to be in Atlanta. I hope I can get my boss to pay for a couple of weeks at a hotel. I would much rather do that than stay with a friend.
D will be flying out this weekend to meet with our realtor in Atlanta. There are a couple new houses on the market, and a few at which we wanted to take another look. There is one in particular which we hope will like the price we'll offer...
