Condo on the Market

Well, the condo went up yesterday. The realtor has us listing it lower than what we had hoped, but maybe it will sell quickly. I'm sure this weeks snow and ice will help nothing, though.

This year has seemed like one long waiting game. Everything is contingent upon this move. Once we sell and move to Georgia, we can begin all of the adoption paperwork so The Bean will finally have some siblings.

Also yesterday I got word from the lender that they will not approve us for a bridge loan. So, most likely that house will be off the market. Oh well, I will be happy with almost any house that is on the market down there, all are a major upgrade from here in NOVA. D is the one who is picky.
