Contract today

I think we are now over 30 lookers... I'm beginning to think we had our condo under priced. None of the others who relocating are having any luck. We have decided to accept a contract, and hopefully, we will get to the point where we do not have to let people in every five minutes.

The Bean's lunch was disturbed today by three different lookers. I wonder how many would have come by if we would have raised the price by $30K.
