They accepted our offer, which puts the price of our new house $3G below what we got for the condo! I have been giddy all day long. If only things will go this smoothly for the work transition.
D is scheduling the appraisal and home inspection. I hadn't realised that in GA a buyer is only given five days to get the inspection completed. I think D is pretty stressed dealing with all of this plus trying to get his car repaired, but he has done most of it without my assistance. I am very greatful, because work has been insane.
The new house is such an improvement over the condo.
