D flew to Atlanta today to meet with the realtor and look at the houses. We have decided on one and they are currently drawing up the contract. It is such an upgrade from our current residence. We will be going from a 1340 Sqfoot condo to a 2600 sqfoot house with a .5 acre yard and we will be reducing our bills in the process by about 300/month. I should also be advised of my raise on Tuesday.
I had been so discouraged with all of the delays that I had not checked golf cart sales lately. D is still interested in a GemCar, but I think it would be better to get a ClubCar. We'll see who wins out on that one.
