hahaha-that's funny. What movie was that? I like how she not only danced, but imitated the dances she saw.
Hey, I'm going to email you tomorrow. We are considering one of the sibling groups on the waiting kids list, and I have questions about older kids and adoption. Perhaps you can help! :)
I really hope that in the next couple of years when I am visiting my friends in Savannah that we can meet up halfway....how I would love to meet you and your family :)
Hello from St. Louis, I have been checking in on your blog for weeks now. I found it through CHI and was thrilled to find a family that resembles ours (to be). We have a daughter who is 7 and we are about to send off our dossier to Ethiopia to adopt a 3 or 4 year old little girl.
Thank you for sharing so much about your family, and your journey to get SweetPea. I am sort of numb these days, excited but kind of exhausted from reading everything I can find on adopting toddlers/preschoolers and then also interracial adoption. Sometimes it all feels so heavy and intense so its great to watch SweetPea dancing with abandon.
This is my first comment on a blog so I don't know if you get my email...diane@pommerestaurants.com.
I know you are busy, busy - just wanted to finally say hello.
My husband, Doug, and I have three children; Leigh was born to us in 2001, and Meron (born 2003) was adopted from Ethiopia in April 2008. Ben was born to us in late 2009.
